TWO NEW ON-LINE COURSES WITH DIPLOMA:
'WORKING WITH CHILDREN' -- 'WORKING WITH ELDERS'
'Dance Therapy is a most important avenue, not only to self expression, but to a way in which a human being may be influenced from within.' (The late Lord Menuhin)
'Working with Children' and 'Working with Elders' are designed for those who love dance and wish to share it with others, helping to make the world a better place.
Tuition is one-to-one throughout, and there is a choice between working on-line or sending in Assignments through the post, usually at fortnightly intervals. Each Course consists of 5 independent Units based on the scientific principles of Community Dance Therapy and giving opportunities to design short programmes of Dance and Movement with a therapy value, which are evaluated by the Course Tutors and, if considered to be satisfactory, can be later used in the workplace. Average time for completion (each Course) is 12 weeks.
Fee Structure: £90 for each course (payable on enrolment), £25 Diploma Examination Fee for each (payable on day of Examination). Payment by instalment can be arranged, please request this at time of enrolment.
It is recommended that, in the workplace, Diploma holders always seek supervision by medical or educational professionals. This helps the development of their careers and also is in the best interests of clients.
A Basic Level Diploma is available for those who complete one Course: Intermediate Level Diploma for those who complete both.
